Major Responsibilities in Madinah Depot from 27th June 2012 to 11-02.2015.

-- To upload PID in the SARAS from SAP for preparing GRN’s and allocation of products to all routes.
-- To receive all Madina areas foods orders and upload them in SARAS.
Reconciliation of Sale vans.
-- To make manual adjustment and maintain its record for submitting to Accounts on weekly basis.
-- To check reefers during the loading and off loading of products.
-- To maintain reefer log on daily basis.
To allocate products all general and key accounts and satellite depot and prepare pick lists for loading as per order/demand.
-- To prepare crate & pallets report on weekly basis.
-- Allocate products and prepare invoices of villa usage, promotion tasting and HO marketing on daily basis.
-- Dairy and Bakery PCF send to Riyadh and Jeddah plants by following all SOP’s and prepare documents and summary for sending concern departments.
--Other miscellaneous works.

Major Responsibilities in Jeddah Depot from 23rd Sep 2012 to 26th June 2013
-- To check and verifying loaded stock of sales vans before going to the routes.
-- To prepare AM report, which basis of given below following reports.o Physical stock counting report.o Depot loss and gain report of daily damages, physical variances and shortages from CPP. Shortages adjustment from the HHT on daily basis.
-- To confirm pick list, create session and generate routes in the system.
-- To download data/allocated products detail into Key accounts and General route’s HHTs on daily basis. To maintain the attendance record of all staff in the night staff.
-- To maintain OT record with justification of all staff on daily basis.
-- To upload PID in the SARAS and prepare GRN.
-- To reconcile sales vans after ending of their routes.
-- Other miscellaneous works.
